Know which meters stopped talking. Before the bill does.
NeerVista collects readings from AMR water meters, bulk flow meters and quality sensors across your schemes, then tells you what changed - which connections went silent, where consumption jumped, which installs are still pending. Your logo, your subdomain, your data in India.

From the radio layer to the branded report — no bolt-ons.
LoRaWAN and cellular, same pipeline
IN865 AMR modules arrive through our ChirpStack network server. NB-IoT, 4G and 2G meters arrive through the device gateway. Both end up in the same readings table, so nothing downstream cares how a meter is connected.
A meter goes quiet. You hear about it.
Every installed device is checked hourly. Silence escalates on a ladder you set per scheme: flag on day one, notify the contractor on day two, raise a ticket on day three. Gateway outages are correlated, so one dead gateway raises one alert instead of four hundred.
Field work that survives no signal
Installers scan a meter, capture the consumer, and the GPS is taken silently in the background. Everything queues on the handset and syncs when there is signal — photos resume where they stopped rather than starting again.
Consumption you can defend
Register rollovers are detected, meter replacements carry the old and new index so nothing double-counts, and any figure filled from a gap is labelled estimated everywhere it appears — screen, export and billing file.
It looks like your software
Your logo, your colours, your subdomain, and your own domain if you want one. No NeerVista branding on the portal, the app, the emails or the PDFs your board reads.
One utility cannot see another
Every tenant is isolated at the database row level, with an automated test suite that fails the build if isolation ever breaks. Readings can never be edited — only flagged, with a reason and a name attached.
Live in four steps
Most utilities are watching their first meters inside a week. The slow part is never the software — it is getting the pairing file and the installers moving.

We set up your tenant
No signup form. We create the tenant, point your subdomain at it with a certificate, and invite your admin.

You add your structure
Upload your logo and colours, add contractors and schemes, and tick the device categories each scheme actually supplies.

Pair and install
Upload the factory pairing file, then let installers work through the app. A meter starts being monitored the moment it is marked installed.
Meters reporting from the field - 4Ongoing
Run it
Watch the map, clear alerts, close tickets, and send the monthly report to whoever signs it off.
Alerts, tickets, monthly reports
From the meter to the monthly report
One route, whatever the hardware. A reading captured in the field at 11am is in the export the same day.
Meter
AMR module, ultrasonic meter, flow, pressure or quality sensor.
Network
LoRaWAN gateway, or NB-IoT / 4G straight to the device gateway.
Decode & store
Sandboxed decoder, duplicates dropped, stored with both timestamps.
Consumption
Rollovers and meter swaps handled; gaps labelled estimated.
Your report
Portal, alert, branded PDF or the billing file — under your name.
Silence escalates on a ladder you set
Every scheme gets its own thresholds and recipients. Nobody is woken up for a meter that missed one uplink.
Flagged. The device turns amber on the map and in the non-communicating list. No one is notified yet.
Contractor notified. The installing contractor and the installer who fitted it get a message on their chosen channel.
Ticket raised. The utility is notified and a maintenance ticket is created automatically, ready to assign.
Escalated. It enters the scheme manager digest, so the problem is visible above the field team.
The things people check before signing
Mostly about who can change a number, where the data lives, and what happens when the network is not there.
Where is our data stored?
In India. The database, the archived payloads, the photos your installers take and the backups all sit on India-region infrastructure.
Can anyone change a meter reading?
No. There is no edit operation for a reading at any layer of the system. An administrator can flag a reading as suspect with a mandatory reason, and that flag travels with the value into every screen and export, but the number itself never changes.
What happens when a meter is replaced?
The final index of the old meter and the initial index of the new one are both recorded at the visit. Consumption spans the swap without a double count and without a negative dip.
Do the field apps need a data connection?
Only for the first sign-in and to refresh the pairing list. Installation, maintenance and meter reading all work fully offline, queue on the device, and sync when a signal returns.
Can we use our own domain instead of a NeerVista subdomain?
Yes. You point a CNAME at us, we add the hostname and issue a certificate for it. Your staff then never see our name.
What about meters that have no AMR module yet?
Mark them as manual read. The system builds route-ordered rounds for your meter readers, who photograph the register and confirm the value on the phone. Those readings land in the same place as automatic ones and feed the same reports.
Bring us your hardest scheme
The one with patchy coverage, half-missing consumer records and a deadline. Tell us what you are running and we will show you the same data in your own portal.
